What is robotics?
We are the three time state champion Stanhope Elmore High School Metal Mustangs Robotics Team.  We are participating in the B.E.S.T competition. B.E.S.T stands for Boosting Engineering, Science, and Technology.  This is a nationwide program that presents high school and junior high school teams with the challenge to build a robot.  Every year a game and track are developed.  Teams must build robots in six weeks to accomplish the tasks of the game.  All teams are given the same parts.  After that, the teams are on their own with brainstorming, designing, constructing, and testing their robots.
